Shopping at Winn-Dixie I was hungry I saw this place....Took a chance... Well it is like ALL of the Asian places in SWFL. 99% are never 1 cuisine most 2-3 mixed up (.. A Thai restaurant in North Fort Myers serves only Thai.) I ask for extra hot on the Szechuan pork Just hot. Its is pathetic NO ONE UNDERSTAND hot or EXTRA HOT. Plus they all use this southern hot sauce cayenne with vinegar crap. It should be a crime for them to mis represent.... wait ..IT IS in San Francisco ..... Anyway this is just what passes as Asian food here in The Coma & Ft. Myers. If you are like must Floridians U will luv it ..IF YOU are a World traveler move along.!!!!

Good takeout: chicken with broccoli, moo shu pork, fried rice, egg rolls. It isn't Chinatown but what take out is?

It's just OK. I have had worse and a lot better. I will definitely keep searching for better. I agree that the chicken is some new part of the chicken I have never experienced before.

Pretty darn fast service. Staff is very patient and friendly. Very clean and has plenty of sit down space. Order in or take out or dine in....it's all good here.

They deliver...BUT it's a $20.00 minimum order with a credit card, and $15.00 minimum order for delivery period. Which for 1-2 people it's pointless to ask for delivery. There are tables inside to eat at.

Food was good. They delivered to my hotel. Portions were well worth the money. Driver was rude though. No harm, no foul.

The food here is great and cheap!!! The sushi is made to order fresh and tastes great... I have ordered at least once a week in the past year and a half and it was 5 stars.... Lately however these people working there are burnt out or something.... The other day I order over the phone and she kept asking "is that it" after EVERY damn item I ordered... So finally I said yes that's it.. And she was like 20 minutes bye! I had to call back and ask her to READ back my order, and that I wanted DELIVERY!!! So she reads everything back and I tell her she is missing a beef lomein... She says "oh Kay, you no want chicken lo mein?" I said YES I want BOTH the chicken and the beef.. So an hour later I get my food and guess what? NO CHICKEN LOMEIN! I called and she answered and I said "you need to send me my lo mein.." And she wasn't understanding me. Then she said "we no charge you..." And I say "you read the order back to me?! How did u mess it up? Just send me my LOMEIN and my receipt and if I didn't pay for it, I will pay you" the doorbell rings 5 minutes later and I think wow good service... I open the door and the driver hands me my receipt!!! JUST MY RECEIPT, NO LO MEIN!!!!! I was like "whaaaaat?" Why the hell would I have someone drive out here for just a receipt? We want our damn LoMein!!! And he says "you no pay!" And I'm like ugh I HAVE NO PROBLEM PAYING FOR IT, JUST GET ME THE LOMEIN!! Damn!!! This was last Saturday, Tuesday night I order and the same guy that I always order from answers and he is now just as rude and abrupt as the girl... I ordered and then he says "is that all?" I say yes and before I could say anything else he says 30 minutes and hangs up in the middle of me saying "waaaait" I KNOW he heard me because I called right back and the phone was busy... They have call waiting so I don't know, he must have left it off the hook.. The food was good, but if they are going to be like this... I will go elsewhere

We have ordered from CTE four times now. The food isn't the best and it isn't the worst either. I would give the food 3 stars. It is inexpensive and they deliver which is a plus. The reason I am only giving it one star is for the consistent lack of customer service this business offers. They take quite a while to answer their phone and when they do finally answer they offer no sense of appreciation for your business. Also, they have always been late on their delivery. They ALWAYS state that it will be 45 minutes to an hour. This last time it was 1 hour and 30 minutes after being told the scripted time allotment. When we called to speak to them about our hour and a half wait we were disregarded and told that they were busy. No apology offered. The delivery driver has always been courteous and we know it's not his fault for their flawed time estimates. They have permanently lost our business, I'd reconsider before you give them your business for food that isn't worth the attitude and/or wait.

Absolutely inedible! Never in 51 years have I thrown away an entire dinner of Chinese food. We ordered three different meals that were bad, but mine was the worst Seasame "Chicken" you could imagine. I am not even joking when I say that whatever it was that I tasted was 98% breading and sauce and 2% what they claimed was chicken. This was their idea of all white meat chicken that I paid a dollar more for. The eggroll was 99% cabbage which I can live with but the wrapping was soggy, like it would be the day after if its microwaved. The fried rice was yellow for some reason as if curry powder had been added which would have been okay because what I tasted was dry and flavorless. They gave us a free order of Crab Rangoon which was soggy as well and had about 1/2 teaspoon of dried out filling. I am still in shock, 3 days later, that I actually threw out Chinese food. I even took pictures of it because I could not believe what I was seeing. The sad thing is that I was in town visiting my Dad a couple years ago and ate there. It was okay then so I'm not sure what happened. New ownership or new cooks? Can't imagine why this restaurant has such a high rating unless the reviews are old.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
